EFFEPIERRE MULTISERVIZI SRL, with its brand EFFEPIERRE LOGISTICS, with effect from 10-01-2019, becomes part of MRZ GROUP HOLDING www.mrzgroup.com following the acquisition of 100% of its shares by the subsidiary MARENZANA spa.
EFFEPIERRE LOGISTICS (www.effepierre.it), headquartered in Paderno Dugnano (Milan), is specialized in International Forwarding throughout Europe with Dry Bulk and Bulk Liquids Tanks, Temp controlled packed cargoes and Tilt, both by road and intermodal.
MRZ GROUP (www.mrzgroup.com), is an holding company based in Novi Ligure (AL), whose main company is Marenzana spa, specialized in National and International transport of Liquid, Gas and Waste products as well as industrial Tank cleaning Stations.
The acquisition of Effepierre Multiservizi shares, will create an even stronger Group, able to manage a unique mix of products in the world of logistics, transport and forwarding.
Effepierre Multiservizi Srl, will continue to operate independently with its own brand and activities from the Paderno Dugnano (Milan) site, with the same staff and current international partners.
